So you want to play a Trump Artist? Brave choice! Like everything in the variant on the SOTC rules in TCOA, Trump Artistry is governed by Aspects and Skills. Art is the relevant skill that a Trump Artist uses to actually employ and create the Trumps, but the Trump Artist must also have an aspect, "Trump Artist", in order to actually create Trumps. This Aspect, like any other, can have ranks. A Trump Artist begins the game with a standard Trump Deck of the Elders of Amber and Amber Castle, and a number of additional Trumps equal to three times the rank in the Aspect. These can be of places or of other individuals as the player sees fit. During play, a Trump Artist can create a new Trump or Trump Sketch by spending a fate point and tagging their Aspect. Both Trumps and Trump Sketches cost a single FP each, but Sketches take less time. This time is dependent on the Art Skill Level of the Artist
