Pollux, Lorius's Apprentice Version

(200 pts)

Perhaps Castor is right, and Pollux has become a bit of a bureaucrat, a paper pusher, as it were. However, he has not spent his time idly. Those lazy nights spent studying the stars with Lorius weren't a waste, not at all. While he and Castor have trained Lorius in the arts of the blade and wrestling, Pollux hasn't wasted the opportunity to learn a bit of magic from Lorius. If he can be more efficient in his duties, he can better serve Amber, all to the greater good.

Current Objectives: Pollux watches events closely with his Water Magic, waiting to pick his moment before moving to protect the Realm in the most effecient way possible.

Pollux as a Player in the Amber Court: Pollux takes his duties to the Realm quite seriously, seeing himself as a vessel of the state, not a mover or manipulator. Yet, he watches closely, and is quite willing to make his own moves if they are in the best interests of Amber. He's equally hampered by his maellability and willingness to see all sides of an issue at times, often studying things almost to a point of inaction. Lorius is quick to point this out, however, and thus keeps Pollux on guard.

Constant Allies and Enemies: Castor, being his twin is his closest confidante. Lorius helps keep him on his toes and informed of matters which he'd not be privy to not being a Red Head. He's got friends in every faction, and never plays favorites, just like his father.

Pollux as a Father: Pollux would be the perfect father for any Good Stuff character who is into orderliness. Pollux would teach his child the importance of Order and teach them to serve Order well, bringing them up with a healthy appreciation of Amber and a reverence for the Unicorn. He'd allow that Chaos has its role as an important creative force, but only in the most controlled, measured manner.

Tips for Roleplaying Pollux: Be even-handed, help where you can, but don't interfere. The last thing a player of Pollux should be is judgemental, even in the most extreme cases. Maintaining a level head and dealing fairly is the key to Pollux's success.
